Customers whose eligible completed purchases total at least ₦150,000 during a single qualifying week. One qualifying account/identity per person.
Monday 00:00 → Sunday 23:59 (Africa/Lagos). The period is set in the store's promotion configuration and may be adjusted for campaigns — the current period is always shown on the Vault Access page.
Completed, successfully paid, non-cancelled, non-refunded orders. Cancelled orders, failed payments and refunded amounts do not count. If a qualifying order is later refunded, eligibility and unclaimed rewards may be withdrawn.
One spin per qualifying week per eligible customer. The result is generated and recorded by our system — not by your browser. Attempts to spin twice, share codes, or tamper with requests will void the code and any rewards.
The roulette lands on a real catalogue piece — that piece is yours free, issued as a single-use reward code. Each reward states its own value cap and expiry. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. If the exact size is unavailable an exchange of equal value may be offered.
Claim your reward from the Vault page, then present the reward code when ordering or contact support. Access codes expire 7 days after issue unless stated otherwise. Unclaimed weekly spins do not roll over.
